Sooo tired

Well today was crazy.  2 hours of sleep the night before and an early boot camp workout, made for one tired mama.  It’s days like today that I trudge through the day with a checklist running through my mind.

Solid morning boot camp workout with my troop…..check

Solid breakfast to keep me energized……check.  (my daily breakfast bowl 1/4 c. each cold oats, grape nuts, Wheaties, apple granola, with unsweetened almond milk, 1 apple, cinnamon, raisins and agave)

3 cups of coffee……….check

Get little man off to day care in one piece…….check

Have a solid morning workout with Little Lady in tow……..check.  (Tested out one of my Skinny Jeans Challenge Workouts……11 min….of solid intensity….love it.)

Prepared, pureed, and froze food for Littles….check

Got ready for our Thanksgiving away……check …check

the list went on and on……

Days like today would have killed me in the past.  I have found motherhood has made me feel stronger then my younger self.  

So how do you get through these crazy days?
